Dedicated proxy lines
Less switching for your work network
Connection timeouts, interrupted sessions or frequent network changes during AI development? Distinguish routing issues, sign-in checks and regional availability before assessing a fixed egress for your work environment.
Fixed egress: discuss the IP and region you want to keep
Dedicated or shared: clarify who uses it and replacement rules
Connection review: check devices, software and network conditions
Consultation stage. Self-service ordering is not available.
A fixed IP does not prevent account restrictions. Devices, behaviour and platform rules still matter.

Why might you need a fixed egress?
Understand the route, egress IP and use case before choosing an approach.
For timeouts, first check service status, your local network and request settings. Follow platform guidance for extra sign-in checks. Compare regional availability errors with official supported-region lists rather than treating every error as a routing issue that a different IP can resolve.
A proxy does not change platform regional availability or account eligibility. Check official supported regions and terms before use.

Why can changing networks lead to another verification?
Some services assess sign-ins using unfamiliar IPs, network providers, locations and devices. A properly authorised fixed egress can reduce network variables. It does not replace strong passwords, multifactor authentication (MFA) or platform rules, and cannot guarantee verification-free access or prevent account restrictions.
Are a dedicated line, fixed IP and exclusive IP the same?
No. A line describes a route or service; fixed describes whether an address changes; exclusive describes who can use it. Confirm each separately. Internet access still has a public egress, and a public IP is not inherently a bad IP. We do not promise residential IPs, direct dedicated circuits or an already available product.
Which needs are worth discussing first?
If you are in a platform-supported region and your account is eligible, discuss AI development and remote-team workflows using tools such as Claude, OpenAI and Codex. Authorised business systems and corporate IP allowlists are also relevant. Share your use case, target region, devices and software, users, concurrency and budget. Never send passwords, verification codes or keys. This is requirements consultation, not a ready-made product sale; we are not affiliated with these brands.

Save two inboxes for free
Saved messages are kept for 7 days. After 30 days of inactivity, receiving pauses; logging in or opening the inbox enables it again. Address ownership stays with your account. Deleted inboxes cannot be recovered.
The free limit is two saved inboxes. Paid plans for more inboxes are planned; payment is not available.

Temporary email, without the extra steps
1
1. Copy your address
A random address is created for you. Copy it into the form where you need to receive an email.
2
2. Check your inbox
The inbox checks every 15 seconds while this tab is visible. Open a message to read its plain text.
3
3. Save it or let it expire
Guest addresses and messages expire after one hour. Register and save a valid inbox before its timer ends to keep the address; saved messages last seven days.
Frequently asked questions
What is a temporary email address?
It is an inbox with a short lifetime. ZeroMail creates a random address and a private access token, so you can receive email without registering an account.
Can I send email or download attachments?
No. This version only receives messages and displays plain text. Sending email and downloading attachments are not available.
Why has my email not arrived?
Delivery can take time, and some websites reject temporary addresses. In preview mode, public receiving is unavailable until the domain is connected. The test-email button checks only the local receiving pipeline.
Can I recover an expired or deleted inbox?
Expired guest inboxes, deleted inboxes and expired messages cannot be recovered. A saved inbox paused after inactivity can receive again when you log in or open it; this does not restore deleted messages.
Privacy and temporary access
The service temporarily processes the sender, subject, and plain-text message to display your email. Technical logs may contain IP addresses and delivery metadata.
A guest inbox uses a private token saved in this tab’s session storage, never in the URL. Saving it to an account revokes that token; saved inboxes use your private account cookie. Do not share access credentials.
Optional accounts process your username, password and recovery-code hashes, saved-inbox ownership and a private session cookie. The server does not store readable passwords or recovery codes. Account recovery requires your recovery code; support cannot retrieve it.
Guest inboxes and messages expire after one hour. Saved messages are retained for seven days. A saved address pauses after thirty inactive days but stays owned by your account. Destroying an inbox permanently deletes it.
Do not use a temporary inbox for banking, password resets, account recovery, private documents, or anything you need to keep. Temporary email does not guarantee anonymity.
Use responsibly
Do not use this service for fraud, harassment, spam, unlawful activity, or to bypass another service’s protections. Rate and message limits help keep it available.
